Work Methodology

We have a very large database of candidates, which has been carefully developed by regular advertising as also having the corporate membership of reputed web based recruiting services like www.monster.com which gives us access to their resume database. At any given time we have a database of two to three hundred candidates, all interviewed either in person or telephonically.

On being given the requirements of any client,. We first carefully peruse the case in question, in order to analyze the unique requirements of the company and the particular assignment. We then do a preliminary matching of the requirements with the existing database. In case the requirements are fulfilled, we then arrange for in-depth interview as desired by the company. Given our extensive database, an optimal match is usually made. However, in case the unique requirements are specialized, we then look for fresh resumes and repeat the process. Time being the essence in today’s dynamic marketplace, we follow a strict timeframe within which to work.

Ravi has TWENTY-NINE years of experience under his belt and heads the Automobile Division. Following his retirement from the Army, he worked with the ANAND group as Gen. Manager (works) in one of their units. He has extensive contacts in the automobile industry. Computers were once his hobby and IT is now his passion.

2. Vice President (IT Practice Area) : Ram Mohan,
BCom (HONS)
Mohan has work experience in the USA with orgs like Oracle and is an expert consultant for manufacturing industries in the areas of PPC etc. With eight years of experience in the Silicon Valley he has some exclusive contacts.
